Tasks

Provide support on the localization of marketing materials and product related documentations.
Take responsibility for all aspects of the local life cycle of a product or set of products, including long

- and short-term development. Stay abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position as key counterpart of key local stakeholders in respective area of responsibility.

Provide advanced second level product/service information and respond to complex customer questions about the product/service.
Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems.
Ensure timely involvement of training departments and be responsible for the localization of all marketing materials in respective area of responsibility.
Collect and synthesize metrics and other data and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify possible improvements.
Support all other Customer Experience Functions with expert insights / training / showing new services and products.

Profile

Bachelor or equivalent diploma (in Marketing or equivalent).
Work experience in Product Expert function (> 5 years). Preferably in the domain of CKD/nephrology.
Understand basics of ehealth, data security and related topics.
Good understanding of country healthcare sector as well as pronounced understanding of market and political environment and related interdependencies as an advantage.
Good analytical and problemsolving skills with proven ability to organize and analyse customer and market data.
Communicates effectively: Good communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understanding.
Plans and aligns: Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
Dutch as native language, English C2 level (other language as asset).
Industry specific knowledge, e.g. healthcare market dynamics and trends, public procurement & negotiation, local healthcare requirements and needs.
