We are looking for an
EU Marketing Operation Lead to join us in our
Bone - Evenity team, based in our
HQ in Brussels, Belgium.



About the role

  • The EVENITY Marketing Operation Lead Europe is accountable for the implementation of some key marketing projects and activities going from insights collection, cocreation with the countries to EU material creation/approval & training.
  • Drives the design and execution of the omnichannel roadmap for EU Bone which covers channel selection and content creation driving the EVENITY uptake, in alignment with the brand strategy and EU priorities.
  • Works closely with cross functional colleagues from EU & country asset team such as marketing, medical and access leads but will also be part of the overall digital community to build OC capabilities and fertilizes learnings across assets and / or countries.
  • Lead execution of peer to peer and EU led congresses to maximize EVENITY awareness and belief while elevating UCB perception as a preferred partner.
  • Focus on TA Bone with opportunity to expand accountability across immunology portfolio covering asset in latestage lifecycle.

Who you'll work with

  • Reports to the EU EVENITY Head, working very close with the EU Strategic Marketing lead
- internal and external cross-functional network to be successful in driving the activities


What you'll do

  • Drives the execution of the marketing plan, including digital, in close collaboration with the EU marketing lead to enhances customer experience / journey:
  • Drives European omnichannel plan execution (design, develop, deliver)
  • Monitor impact and act on learnings (build KPI dashboard and clear action plan) across activities and adoption ladder.
  • Manage HCP website for Bone and supports countries for localization.
  • Measure impact /engagement of campaign through customer journey.
  • Translates Global EVENITY deliverables into relevant EU tactics / deliverables. Make modifications when necessary to reflect new market insights or changes in market dynamics.
  • Colead EUcongresses (IOF, EULAR, FFN, ECTS) with focus on commercial execution, customer engagement plan pre/during/after, and pull through of impact measurements.
  • Contribute to EU and country integrated strategic plans by providing key insights and identifying opportunities based on market knowledge and needs to drive continuous growth for EVENITY.
  • Explores new digital opportunities that creates a positive customer experience across marketing/medical/access (outsidein).

education, experience
and
skills

  • Bachelor or Master level
  • 510 years of experience in (digital) marketing, preferred with scientific background but not essential.
  • Strong operational / project management skills
  • Country or EU experience within pharmaceutical/biotechnology preferred but not essential.
  • Analytical background/ experience
  • Launch experience
  • Fluent English level
  • Operational marketing skills with strong business acumen and digital knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent project management skills
  • Open mindset and passion for innovative solutions and approaches and bring in digital business transformation across the solutions where relevant.
  • Crossfunctional team player while owning accountability
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications
