    Partena Outsourcing apporte une solution adaptée aux entreprises qui veulent outsourcer occasionnellement ou de façon structurelle un certain nombres de tâches (administration du personnel, payroll,...).

    votre mission ?

  • En duo avec le BPO Consultant, vous êtes responsable du traitement précis et efficace des salaires pour nos Clients Grand Compte.
  • Vous gèrez l'ensemble du suivi administratif de nos clients.
  • Vous maintienez et enrichissez votre connaissance de la législation sociale, essentielle pour offrir le meilleur service possible.
  • Vous planifiez votre travail en fonction des deadlines de paie, assurant une gestion optimale du temps et des priorités.

    • Ton rôle :

    Bien que le BPO Consultant se charge des relations directes avec les clients, votre contribution au traitement des salaires et à l'administration permet de maintenir et de renforcer la satisfaction de nos clients.

  • Vous disposez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la paie.
  • Vous aimez les défis et possèdez un sens aigu du détail.
  • Vous êtes passionné par le service client.

  • Télétravail (règles propres à l'équipe) et horaires flexibles
  • 12 jours de congés supplémentaires (contrat 39H)
  • 3 jours de congés offerts par an
  • 1 jour de congé supplémentaire / 5 ans d'ancienneté
  • 1⁄2 de congé sans soldes pour l'éducation de ses enfants par semaine.
