Job summary
As a sensory intern you will be part of the sensory team working on various sensory analysis assignments panel management project follow up sensory expertise development.
- Review of specialized literature documentation current material for training of Puratos sensory experts on flavor evaluation
- Selection of appropriate simple food matrices to use for flavor training preparation baking of bakery and patisserie samples in a standardized way
- Organization delivery of panel training sessions using the newly selected materials
