+ Organize the 24/7 Helpdesk function to support regional field service teams, direct customers and integrators.
+ Build and develop the second-level competence team (technology experts).
+ Create and manage technical documentation for legal compliance and optimize knowledge for service & customer operations.
+ Drive the feedback loop from the field to R&D & engineering to improve reliability and serviceability.
+ Organize and manage the technical training center for internal and external customers.
