As the Office Manager & Receptionist for our brand new "House of Biscoff" in Lembeke, you will manage all operational activities, ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.

Broadly your tasks will focus on the following 2 domains :
reception & office management.

La poste en détail:

You welcome visitors, notify their contact persons and guide them to the designated location in a discrete, warm and enthousiastic manner.
You manage the meeting room schedule and ensure all preparations are done to receive external visitors.
You coordinate phone calls, courier services, maildistribution, etc.
You take care of the general office administration and operations that go along with running an office. In synergy with other locations in Lembeke, you liaise with facility management vendors, catering and security services.
You also provide support in organizing events/activities.

Profil:

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

A Bachelor's degree combined with a previous experience in a similar position (2-3 years).
A 'cando' and enthousistic attitude, a high level of personal organisation and attention to detail.
A switched on mentality with lots of initiative.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English. French is considered a strong plus.
A passionate drive to manage the daily office operations towards excellence.
A good knowledge of MS Office including Outlook.
