Your responsibilities

You will:

  • Partner with steering managers and hiring managers to gain unique understanding of positions as assigned
  • Communicate effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process
  • Build and maintain manageable talent pools in software systems
  • Analyze data and implement process improvements across the recruitment function
  • Foster and manage effective relations with stakeholders within the country organization to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Build strong relationships with organizations linked to employment and talent succession in the area you are recruiting for.
  • Integrate the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment
In this role you will report to the Recruitment & Services Team Manager.

This role is located in Zaventem.

We work with a telework agreement, we expect you 1 day/week at IKEA HQ in Zaventem and 1 day in your unit.

The other 3 days, you are allowed to work from home.
