Your responsibilities

You will:

Partner with steering managers and hiring managers to gain unique understanding of positions as assigned
Communicate effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process
Build and maintain manageable talent pools in software systems
Analyze data and implement process improvements across the recruitment function
Foster and manage effective relations with stakeholders within the country organization to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations
Build strong relationships with organizations linked to employment and talent succession in the area you are recruiting for.
Integrate the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment

In this role you will report to the Recruitment & Services Team Manager.

This role is located in Zaventem.

We work with a telework agreement, we expect you 1 day/week at IKEA HQ in Zaventem and 1 day in your unit.

The other 3 days, you are allowed to work from home.
