Our Service Advisors coordinate a seamless service experience for our customers. They are our front line and brand ambassadors, supporting Tesla's mission.

We've created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help ensure an equally innovative service experience.

For this particular role, you will act as a secretary specialist as well, making sure our admin is up to date and handled is a correct and proper way.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate: Support and update customers through their entire service journey, from first contact to when they are reunited with their Tesla vehicle. You will manage difficult conversations, liaise with relevant internal teams and solve problems. Have a customerservice mindset handling incoming calls
  • Coordinate: Organize customer appointments both digitally and physically in the Service Center. Act as a coordination point between our customers and the rest of the Service team to deliver excellence during every service visit. Additionally, you will ensure all health and safety regulations and procedures are adhered to, for both employees and customers. Help with local invoicing whenever needed.
  • Collaborate: By partnering across teams and departments you aim to ensure consistency in our customer experience, by meeting and exceeding individual KPIs and by helping your team.
  • Innovate: As a team, you will be trusted to continuously create, identify and implement improvements to the customer experience
  • Represent: Represent Tesla as the first point of contact for all employees and visitors
  • Support: Help ensure all security measures are taken to protect visitors and employees as for example access rights, NDA
  • Upkeep: Distribute incoming post to respective teams
What You'll Bring

  • Customercentric above all: You act with the customer in mind. You have experience in customer service, and you are able to improve the team's ability to deliver an excellent customer experience. You are an excellent problem solver. Experience within the automotive industry is considered a plus.
  • A dynamic and skilled multitasker: You prioritize your time and tasks efficiently and deliver on time. You are energetic, highly organized, and proactive. You thrive in a fastpaced, everchanging environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn: We don't require you to be an automotive expert, but we expect you to have a genuine interest in cars and technology, and to be eager to continuously develop your knowledge on service operations and vehicle systems.
  • An excellent communicator: You communicate clearly and respectfully in English and Dutch, act as a Tesla ambassador through digital channels, phone and facetoface, to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexible team player: You like collaborating closely with different kinds of people and can establish and maintain strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders. You can work in shifts to support your team. This may include weekends as well as morning and evening shifts when needed.
  • Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full valid driver's license.
  • Self starter: Organized, striving to continuously improve existing processes
  • Excel: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word/Excel/Outlook
