JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Store Manager, Our Company is looking for a skilled Assistant Manager for our boutique in Knokke.

  • Manage all processes of the Store: sales, supplies, orders, preparation to sale, reporting, etc;
  • Manage the development plans for the Store in collaboration with the Store Manager;
  • Manage selection, training and development processes in according with the store needs;
  • Ensure the proper management and implementation of sales, by monitoring KPI's and reporting of the store;
  • Visual merchandising in according to guidelines;
  • Constantly mantain processes alignment with our Corporate Direction.

PROFILE

  • Previous 2years experience in a Fashion Retail Company in the same role;
  • Native Flemish language and professional knowledge of English;
  • Brilliant relational skills, goaloriented attitude, team player
