- Manage the relations with subcontractors (preparation, supervision, monitoring, final acceptance).
- Plan and follow-up curative and preventive maintenance of the equipment and assess and validate the costs.
- Propose improvements in terms of technical solutions.
- Plan and manage day shifts and participate in staff training.
- Be in charge of the technical side of procurement (contact with the Purchasing Department, price requests, bid analysis, supplier consultation, etc.).
- You have a master's degree in either Civil or Industrial engineering with a focus on electrical and/or energy.
- You have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have knowledge of FMECA analysis techniques, FTA, Ishikawa, etc.
- You know how to read electrical plans and P&ID.
- You are fluent in French and English.
