Job Description:


Main Purpose of Role


The role of the Integration & Training Project Manager is to implement and follow key performances indicators associated with training and qualification of all NB employees involved in conformity (medical devices) assessment.

This is in order to assure approval and maintenance of their training, primary and ongoing competences in a timely manner.

In line with the personal management procedures, the Integration & Training Project Manager

will prepare and follow training and integration aspects of the qualification process.

This is to be achieved by:

  • Supporting trainees and their line manager and GMDTM-C to optimize their training process for the qualification and timelines. Identify training need associated with competence needs
  • Supporting trainees progress with the fast track training approach.
  • Planning and realisation of the Level 1 audits and/or mirror reviews required for the initial review and required for 3 years' reviews.
  • Supporting GMDTM-C and Competences Team in maintaining up to date qualification for the competence matrix.
  • Assist the Global Medical Device Technical Manager (Competence) and the Competence Team to improve process, associated delivery and integration plans.

Key Accountabilities
Support GMDTM-C (Competence) and (where it is planned) the local managers in respecting integration and timeline associated with the training, maintenance and review of the NB Medical Device staff's qualification


In particular:

  • Supporting trainees by the adequate training plan and linked documentation/forms required by the process. Set up systems and dashboards to facilitate the above.
  • Supporting trainees with preparation of the initial information for the following initial/administrative CV review.
  • Assuring Level 1 Audit/Mirror reviews (including 3years' cycle) are planned and conducted on time.
  • Organizing training related to the competence's maintenance/extension in line with the NB needs. Where it is necessary, ensure code maintenance by following up audit days/reviews for conformity assessment of the personnel.
  • Organizing recovery plan associated with the addition of medical devices' codes and preparation of the sets for the following CV review.
  • Implement and follow training, delivery and integration plans associated with entire qualification process including maintenance of qualification supporting NB qualification scope.
  • Provide a clear view of the competences spread and associated workload, including monthly reporting thereof:
  • Review of training for maintenance of content up to date
  • Follow up on Continuous Development Plan associated
  • To ensure the full compliance with the Company's Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct.
