We are seeking an experienced Senior.
NET Developer to join our Robotics Research and Development team.

Experience within intralogistics and/or (warehouse) automation is a plus.

As a senior.
NET Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of our offboard software suite, such as traffic control and path planning, warehouse execution software and cloud analytics platform).

You will join the R&D software team based in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the R&D Product Managers to develop and implement new software features for the offboard software suite.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot and debug software issues
Develop and maintain documentation for software development processes, coding standards, and software architecture
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, efficiency, and scalability
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of software development and robotics systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or similar by experience.
5+ years of experience in software development
Strong proficiency in.

NET, C# and the Microsoft ecosystem

Knowledge of software development best practices, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
Experience with software development tools such as Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps and Miro
Experience in software testing (Unit Testing, TDD, integration testing,)
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to define and adhere to deadlines
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with Matlab Simulink is a plus
Experience in Machine Learning and AI is a plus
Experience with cloud computing (Azure or AWS) is a plus
Experience as a public speaker (user groups, conferences) or internal trainer is a plus
Fluent in Dutch and English
