As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our German Sales Manager as he drives growth through successful sales projects.


Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Processing leads,
- organizing customer meetings,
- preparing international tenders,
- coordinating with Operations and Finance, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

  • You will contribute to the overall success of the sales team by translating information into attractive quotations and managing opportunities through our CRM system.

Profile

  • Proven experience as a successful Inside Sales Representative.
  • Ambition and potential for longterm growth within the company.
  • Proficient in IT skills, including Office365, CRM, and Social Media Tools.
  • Strong planning and organizing abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detailoriented and committed to delivering professional output.
  • Energetic, driven, and resilient with a handson and proactive approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication both over the phone and in person.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional fluency in Dutch or another third language is a plus.
  • Project management skills with a structured approach to achieving results.

Where will your job be located?

  • Remote working once fully operational in close collaboration with our German Sales Manager and colleagues
  • Coordination is done from the Belgian office were occasional presence is required.
