Are you energized by a challenging role in the Vaccine Production Unit dedicated to Hepatitis B and Malaria?

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.


As a Product & Process Specialist, you will drive process robustness activities for HepB and Malaria bulks vaccines, bring technical and product knowledge support in the resolution of deviation, recurrent deviation, or troubleshooting and ensure that the current production process is maintained state of the art through continuous improvement performed according to GSK Vaccines standards in a compliant, timely and cost-efficient way.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.

These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Make critical analysis of technical change request (technical,supply, RA, GMP and documentation for one product line, site and /ortechnical area)
  • Support site for change impact evaluation (technical, supply, RA,GMP)
  • Prepare, present and defend technical changes request to the GSKBIO committee to get the change request approval
  • Coordinate with other departments the change implementation, in respect of timing, for one product line, site and /or technical areafrom production up to the launch on the market
  • Analyse, approve and manage the critical master data forcommercial product and raw material through an effective use of IT tool SAP (MM-PPPIECM) and eSOP, Documentum for one product line, site and/or technical area
  • Identify and communicate to direct management any issues that impact product delivery (business, quality) for one product line and /or one site and /or one technical area
  • Ensure a global implemention of changes in order to optimise the change implementation on the market (product release)

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Scientific university degree (bio chemistry engineer, industrial engineer, biologist, pharmacist)
  • At least 5 years experience in QA, Manufacturing, QC or Technical Services

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Knowledge of GMP regulations (EU/US) and RA regulations
  • Knowledge of GSKBIO products
  • Knowledge and understanding of company processes
  • Spoken and written English is a must
