We are looking for Graduates interested in starting a career in insurance-brokerage and risk-management consulting to join our Graduate Programme.

The Marsh Graduate Programme has been designed with this in mind: to provide an intensive 18-month experience, aiming at attracting and developing the next generation of leaders. You will have the opportunity to discover the different facets of our business by rotating in three or four different departments. From day one, you will take on real responsibility as you develop your knowledge and skills, tackle real projects, and work with our clients.
About the Programme
At Marsh, we believe that we all learn in different ways. We learn from our experiences and challenges, through interactions with others and formal learning programs. This is the reason why your learning experience will be a mix of:
1. A structured training and development programme to provide you with an intense and comprehensive introduction to the world of risk and insurance broking and also the development of your professional and behavioural skills
2. A strong support network across the business that is committed to helping you succeed and fulfil your potential, by being assigned a mentor (amember of our senior leadership) and a buddy on top of your manager.
When you complete the 18-month programme, your journey at Marsh is really just beginning The programme gives you a solid foundation so you can continue to add value and grow as a professional. By this stage, you are joining a department based on the business needs and your interests to accelerate your career beyond the programme. A career at Marsh is limitless, with the potential for movement, international placements, continued investment and advancement.

Our Selection Process:
Digital application: Apply online by selecting the Belgium Graduate Programme on our career website. Send us your CV and application letter so we can get to know you a bit better. This should include why you feel our Programme would be a good fit for you
Video interview: If your CV and cover letter are in line with what we're looking for, you will be invited to do a short video interview. This video will help us to get to know you better, to understand your motivation for the job and your interest in Marsh as well as verifying your language knowledge (French, Dutch and English). This offers you the flexibility to record the video whenever it suits you best
Online testing: We are looking for graduates who can adapt their learning style, are flexible, and can think broadly. To help us assess this, we use an online psychometric test.
Assessment centre: The aim of the assessment centre is to put you in practical situations allowing us to assess competencies such as teamwork, presentation and communication skills, and influencing and commercial skills amongst others.
Interview: This is the chance for you to convince us about why you would be a great fit for Marsh and to ask any lingering questions you have about a future career at Marsh.
