We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing efforts in the waste and ecological transformation industry.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive sales, increase customer satisfaction and promote our organisation as a leader in ecological transformation.


As Marketing Manager you will define marketing strategies and manage all marketing activities related to our waste activities to determine the go-to-market, whilst developing and implementing an integrated customer communication strategy in line with business objectives.

You will implement established marketing policies, procedures and practices in line with overall Group policy and corporate strategy. You will develop and monitor critical performance indicators for the implemented marketing strategies.


You are the owner of marketing communications across channels and you ensure that activities linked to marketing campaigns lead to new customers, increased customer loyalty and profit generation.


The Marketing Manager of the Business Line ¿Waste¿ leads the Waste Operational Marketing team, aligns closely with the Corporate Strategic Marketing manager to ascertain Group company goals and reports to the Commercial Director of the Waste Business Unit.

Role and responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing plan to achieve organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute successful product launches and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using datadriven insights to optimise future campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with company values and brand messaging.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to promote career growth and development.
**Description du profil

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the waste and ecological transformation industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Broad digital experience and affinity with digital marketing transformation programs, processes and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
  • Experience managing a team and providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong work ethic and an ambitious, stress resistant and handson personality.
  • You are fluent in 3 languages: Dutch, French and English.
