Description:

The Business Analyst / Technical Writer is needed to support the Business Manager and the team to support Service (User/Stakeholder) Requirements description.

The Business Analyst will be involved in the Service Requirements Document(s) and other documentation as needed such as User Manuals, CONOPS, Standard Operation Procedures/Guidelines (SOP/SOG) describing the current organization, functions, processes, and requirements for IT capabilities to support this business architecture.

The information is to be gathered from current operational experts and existing legacy documentation.

The consultant will be tasked by the Business Manager but will also be required to work closely with the Lead Enterprise Architect regarding process and tooling.

The consultant will be supported by team members but should be able to work independently as much as feasible.

The Analyst will be required to develop the Business Architecture and support testing team during SAT/UAT execution.

Requirements:

University studies of at least 4 years with specialisation in, aeronautical engineering, system engineering, computer science, business analysis or comparable qualification.
Experience of the Air Traffic Management domain is mandatory.
Proven experience in user requirements capture for complex systemofsystems architectures.
Experience in technical papers maintenance, such as user documentation related to software engineering, testing and system operations.
Experience in procedural and technical information development for technical and nontechnical endusers through researching, writing, editing, and reviewing the existing content.
Proven experience in business analysis.
Experience on complex change programs/projects.
Experience in roles relevant to this requirement.
Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment.
Languages: the working languages are English and French. For this particular post, a thorough proficiency in English (oral/written) is mandatory. Spanish/Polish would be useful.

Desirable skills/experience:

Professional certification in business analysis and/or requirements management.
Experience of JIRA or equivalent tools for requirements management.
Hands on experience/certification or equivalent of the ATM domain.
