Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in monthly reporting activities, including preparing financial statements, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing insights to support decisionmaking.
  • Review performance by company through work in progress reviews, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization.
  • Support the rollout of Odoo as the new ERP system, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and Super User for all users.
  • Take ownership of financerelated projects, such as onboarding newly acquired companies and implementing new payroll agencies, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement process improvements.
  • Utilize Excel and other tools to manipulate and analyse data effectively, creating reports and dashboards to support decisionmaking.
  • Display a proactive and handson approach, driving projects forward with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying uptodate with industry trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting. A background in audit from a Big 4 firm is also relevant.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel is essential, with experience in Business Intelligence (BI) tools being a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Highly driven and energetic, with a proactive mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Handson and practical, you are also able to perform essential tasks when required and help other members of the finance team.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Dutch, with other languages being a plus.
