We are actively looking for a Marketing Projects Coordinator for our international company who loves turning ideas into reality.

In this role, you'll be the conductor of our marketing symphony, ensuring each project hits the right note, on time, and with style.

Job description

Take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing marketing projects that leave a lasting impact on our Compass brands.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Collaborate with different teams and departments, to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
Communicate project objectives and requirements clearly to all involved parties.
Gather and analyse data related to project performance and campaign effectiveness.
Use data insights to make datadriven recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.

Profile

You've a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
You've proven experience in project coordination or project management that showcases your passion for turning ideas into impactful campaigns.
You've strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You're highly adaptable to work in a fastpaced environment.
You're analytical and a problem solver.
You're a real communicator and a food lover.
You're fluent in Dutch, French and English
