The sales manager is responsible for the business development, sales creation and sales follow up for the consultancy and executive recruitment activities of MindCapture.
MindCapture has developed outsourcing services in following domains:
- Scientific-commercial
- QA and RA
- Lab equipment (engineering )
- Validation (software, instruments, SOP's)
Primary responsibilities of the sales manager include:
- Identifying business opportunities in the life sciences market
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Collaborating with client executives on to determine the best talent solutions
- Evaluating current business performance
- Maximizing business reach and potential to grow.
You follow up very closely and you love to be one of the first to know on what's going on.
REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS- You have a bachelor or a master degree, preferably in life sciences, engineering or medical environment.
- You have some experience in (selling) consultancy or (outsourcing) services, either at a life sciences company, medical device company, biotech company or in healthcare institutes.
- You have a proven track record as an effective sales person
- Good knowledge and network in the life sciences or health tech industry is a strong plus.
- Good understanding of the MSP ("managed service providers") business is a plus.
- You are an analytical and resourceful individual with a passion for sciences, sales and recruitment.
- Strong empathy is a must.
- We appreciate people who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and who not only bring innovative ideas, but who also implement the projects in full.
- You are professional & versatile; you can adapt to different kinds of environments.
- You have excellent writing and oral skills in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
- You think and act fast.
