    We, PwC Digital Factory - Digital Compliance, enable PwC to achieve its Digital Strategy and have a tangible impact on digital transformation by being a "one-stop-shop" for all digital initiatives, guiding PwC through the regulated framework applicable whilst driving innovation, enhancing digital capabilities and integrating technologies to create competitive business advantages for PwC and our clients.

    We aim to deliver a high quality service to our Digital Factory by ensuring that Digital Compliance processes (such as IT security, Legal, Privacy, ...) are in place to meet business needs. We do this by implementing policies designed to ensure consistent Digital Compliance as from an idea, through the entire lifecycle of the digital solution.

    Your impact

  • Integrate a multidisciplinary team and be involved from start to finish in digital solution development to ensure Digital Compliance:
  • Effectively interact and communicate with business & project stakeholders (with different teams);
  • Building and maintaining relationships with service providers, application owners, and other key stakeholders;
  • Review on-site content, such as IT contracts, terms and conditions, privacy policy;
  • Together with your team you will guide the internal business through the necessary processes;
  • Support communication efforts (e.g. writing articles, knowledge sharing, etc);
  • Support training efforts (support the design and delivery of training programs);
  • Create and manage internal controls and audit compliance against such controls within the digital business;
  • Take responsibility and ownership for ensuring project work is completed, delivered efficiently and within deadlines;
  • About you

  • Service minded, stress resilient and solution orientated;
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a business administration or a coordinator role;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in law, information systems, applied economics or a related field;
  • Experience as a paralegal is an asset;
  • Collaborate constructively with other people, innovate and take initiatives;
  • Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, rigor and involvement;
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Must be able to work effectively and independently;
  • Advise on decisions, on time and in complex situations;
  • See the big picture, be able to highlight what's missing and follow up through;
  • Business understanding of organizational issues and challenges;
  • Risk aware;
  • Appropriate knowledge of English (spoken/written) is mandatory, plus being very fluent in French or Dutch.
