Reimagine What's Possible

Activities:


  • Support both short term and long term Merchant growth strategy development and plans cascade;
  • Lead/support the entry to new segments, geographies or developing new channels to serve our customers;
  • Develop solid pipeline of M&A projects together with country business managers and lead / support the building of the business cases;
  • Manage customer portfolio to ensure profitable growth;
  • Understand customer value and identify cross selling/up selling opportunities;
  • Drive PG excellence, including channel strategy review to ensure profitable growth in retail network;
  • Market share and competition landscape analysis to identify growth opportunity, strengthen and structure market intelligence;
  • Lead / Support other Ad hoc strategic and growth projects.

Qualifications/Experience:


  • Relevant degree and professional working experience;
  • Strong business orientation, very good communication and influencing skills, and selfinitiative and effectiveness in a strong teamwork environment;
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to see bigger picture and come to the conclusions from data analytics;
  • A good level of knowledge on BI tools for data analytics such as Qliksense is desired;
  • Good project management skills, able to build relationships with diverse internal teams;
  • A sound understanding of budgeting, CapEx and financial analysis;
  • Ensure strong execution of the initiatives, both strategic and operational;
  • Fluent English is required, French, Dutch or German is a plus.
