IT License Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• Manage and monitor the license portfolio on a regularbasis, identify licenses that are about to expire and developoptimization strategies.
• Ensure compliancewith software licenses, prepare license balances and performqualified cost analyses
• Generate workflowsfrom release to inventory management and ensure efficientmanagement of software licenses
• Stay up todate on market developments related to license models and integrateindustry best practices
• Document and managelicense agreements and inventories, assist in the procurement ofnew software products
• Assist with externalaudits and perform internal license audits to ensure compliancewith license agreements
• Assist in monitoringthe IT budget, particularly with regard to license spend

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have a degree in computer science,business informatics, business administration or an equivalentqualification.
• You have several years ofprofessional experience in license management with in-depthknowledge of industry practices.
• Ideally,you have experience with license metrics from major softwarevendors such as Microsoft or SAP
• You haveexpertise in conducting license audits
• Youhave a good written and oral command of German and English
• You have experience in the use of licensemanagement tools
