For a family construction company with diverse projects, ranging from offices and residential projects, over utility and industrial projects, to renovations, we are looking for an experienced project manager.

Function:

Responsible for respecting budget, timing and quality of jobs to be performed.
Coordination of the construction file from the contracting agreement to final acceptance.
Preparation and execution of settlements.
Point of contact with the client.
Monitor quality, timing and service in accordance with agreements.
Ensuring complete execution by provisional acceptance.

Your profile:

Leadership skills.
Diplomatic and customer oriented.
