Profile Title:

- _Talent acquisition professional with a marketing background who know how to find great talent by creating effective job ads, multimedia materials and leveraging the right channels to promote them._

Duty Station:
_NATO HQ, Brussels_

Expected Start Date:
_July 2023_

Expected End Date:
_TBC_

Duration of the assignment:6 months _(with possible extensions)_

Part Time / Full Time:
_Full time (5 working days / week)_

Objectives and Scope of Work:

- _To develop NATO's Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies by bringing modern marketing methods and tactics to the recruiting process in order to attract top talent in the market._
- _Work with Public Diplomacy and HR in developing products and communication campaigns_
- _Work on information material and website improvement as well as relevant social media_
- _Support document writing and revision_
- _Coordinate team efforts and drive production of new communication material_

Reporting:

- _Weekly periodic status reports (or as required)_

Experience
- _Notable experience and in-depth knowledge of Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies. Evidence of a wide range of consultancy projects and client facing experience. Experience in supporting work in process and organizational design and leading workshops and events within the relevant domain. Experience developing multimedia content in HR or a similar field._
- _At least 3 years of relevant experience._

Education and Qualification requirements
- _Degree in Marketing, Business administration, Human Resources studies or related field._

Language requirements
- _Advanced level in English. Knowledge of French would be considered as an asset._

Other requirements
- _A good understanding of recruitment processes would be considered as an asset_

For this assignment, the Contractor's personnel does not require access to NATO classified information or NATO classified networks. However, to access NATO HQ site for a period longer than five consecutive days the Contractor's personnel must be in possession of a valid NATO security clearance up to NATO Secret

Pay:
€ €550.00 per day
