Job summary
We are looking for a Global Datacenter Corporate Lead who is customer-focused, collaborative, and proactive to join us in our IT Infrastructure team.We will be working in a team that ensures the quality and efficiency of datacenters services. You will manage transition of services management to the current service delivery framework.
You will work closely with operation managers who manage deliveries and services requests.,
- Design and improve service management processes for IT datacenter services
- Act as the main operational contact for external partners and vendors
