About Our Client:
The sector federation represents, advises and trains the actors within a specific sector. The company is located close to the city centre of Leuven, the train & bus stations. You'll work in the dynamic L&D with 3 other colleagues
As Training Coordinator you'll:
- analyse the training needs of the company & the sector
- define & sell the training offer
- organise & coordinate the trainings
- define the content of the trainings together with the trainers
The Successful Applicant:
- You are fluent in French & Dutch
- You have a bachelor in HR or any other relevant fields
- You have at least 1 or 2 years of experience
- You have a good knowledge of French & Dutch
- Teamspirit, multitasking and proactive perfectly describe you
