A global business heavily involved in essential infrastructure and clean energy projects are undertaking a 3 year HR Transformation Programme extending their Workday platform to the Global business.

A Project or Programme Manager with Global Project experience is required to lead on the Workday Recruiting and Onboarding workstreams globally ensuring that deadlines, budgets and functionality are delivered to the highest of possible standards.

Your role will be to lead Team and Steerco meetings, build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, technology vendors and Regional programme heads.

You'll be actively in functional analysis, design sessions, facilitating Workshops throughout the implementation and helping co-ordinate training, change and communications strategy to ensure effective user adoption.

HRIS Project Manager:

Recruiting & Onboarding - Required Profile:

• A dedicated Project or Programme Manager with a successful Global delivery experience
• A skilled Freelance/Contractor with multiple HRIS Projects delivered to date
• Workday experience is highly beneficial, thought not essential provided applicants have detailed experience of Recruiting & Onboarding technology deployments
• Belgium based with access to Brussels HQ at least 1 day per week
• Level of experience and personal credibility to establish authority and to thrive in a complex, international business

You'll have the opportunity to work from end to end on this large, global transformation and will be a person of significant influence within the programme.

The initial duration offer is likely to be 12 months with serious potential for extensions.

Day Rate is open ended and flexible and the end client will consider applicants at Project Manager or Programme Manager level.
