    For a leading actor active in the insurance industry, we are looking for a Claims Handler Property.

    Description

    • You manage complex claims (from A to Z) with significant financial stakes.
    • You have regular telephone contact with brokers, insureds, adjusters, etc.
    • You draft any type of letter (such as refusal, expert mandate, request for additional information).

    Profile

    • You have experience in property case management (Retail or Corporate).
    • Your mother tongue is French (good knowledge of Dutch is an advantage).
    • You show an interest in technical files in the field of property insurance.
    • You are fluent in oral and written communication.
    • You are customer-oriented and capable of quickly understanding the customer's needs.
    • You possess an analytical mind.
    • You have organizational and planning skills.
    • You are a team player and open-minded.
    • You are responsive and have decision-making skills.
