ROLE

The Project Support Officer (PSO) will support the delivery of the Programme, ensuring that all projects are delivered to governance and quality standards.

You will work in close partnership with the Project Managers and PMO Team to facilitate the delivery of individual initiatives that contribute towards the overall running of the programme to time, quality, and cost objectives


Responsabilities

• Implementation of User Access Procedures to the Program.
• Fulfil and management of user access data base.
• Able to provide a secretariat function for the Project Managers/PMO
• Coordination and scheduling project team activity
• Organising meetings using Outlook proficiently. Manage mailboxes
• Maintaining multiple project logs
• Experience of using common project management artefacts (risk logs, benefits templates etc.)
• Condense complex data into key headlines and narratives to inform portfolio and project decisions

Expertise

• High level administrative support
• Experience of Office 365 / Microsoft 36
• Experience of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Teams (A-Z)
• Setup and manage SharePoint
• Manage multiple work streams simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Ability to be forward thinking and proactive

Desirable

• Experience of having worked as a Project Support Officer would be an advantage although it is not essential
• Spanish & French

Mandatory

• Fluent English
• Belgian work permit
