_CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Senior Test Tool Specialist to join our team in Brussels._

Your Missions

  • You set up and develop test techniques
  • You teach and coach testing specialists
  • You support creating automated test suites and test strategies
  • You assess and improve the test processes, methodology, and tools
  • You lead and coordinate the testing products delivered by other teams to ensure that they conform to the institution's requirements and methodology
  • You coordinate and advise the responsible of the Information Systems Tested
  • You assess the testing organization and its included or linked services
  • You perform manual testing: functional, crossbrowsers, and responsiveness
  • You do testing, reporting, and documenting results
  • You report identified defects and submit improvement proposals for different features
  • You do regression testing on the development and prerelease environment
  • You perform accessibility testing, reporting defects, validating fixes, and tracking the regression issues
  • You running automated tools for accessibility testing, analyzing the reported issues, evaluating the priority level, and reporting
accordingly in the correspondent ticketing system

  • You identify testing scenarios per each acceptance criteria (business requirements), delivering new feature or defect fixes,

Your profile

  • You hold a
    Masters' degree and minimum
    8 years of relevant professional experience
  • You speak and write
    fluently in English:
  • You are
    ISTQB or equivalent certified:
  • You have strong knowledge in
    JIRA, Confluence, Testlink, Jenkins
  • You have very good oral and written communication in particularly for quality and testing result reports
  • You have excellent analytical skills
  • You hold experience in testing/evaluation projects and tools/methods
