In order to serve our clients even better, we are further strengthening our Enterprise Solutions team by recruiting a Senior IT Consultant with experience in SAP Finance.

You will work together with colleagues from both the BCG Platinion and/or the Boston Consulting Group on local and international customer projects whilst actively developing superior strategies, concepts and solutions.

Other duties will include:

Understanding client requirements from a business and technology perspective mapping these to the standard functionalities in SAP or propose customized solutions that can be built in SAP.
Working on the latest and biggest SAP business transformation programs, by analyzing our client's finance and controlling processes and advice on the design and implementation of SAP finance solutions
Supporting client's on SAP S/4HANA projects along the entire supply chain: from requirements analysis to solution design/technical concept, implementation, testing, training, golive and rollout.
Design and definition of specific SAP S/4HANA solutions along the value chain of our clients in the areas of finance, controlling, procurement, logistics, HR, etc.
Introduction of "best practices" in the evaluation, specification and implementation of user requirements, in particular with a view to reducing oneoff and maintenance costs.
Technical management of SAP S/4HANA implementations and migration projects.
Requirements management within the scope of SAP S/4HANA projects, incl. the management of specialist concept workshops with business process managers.
Control and prototyping of customizing of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Support in the sale of large ERP/SAP projects by providing technical and methodological expertise.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications):

Experience in business process consulting and implementation of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.
Excellent understanding of Financial and Management Accounting processes, supported by strong project management skills.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in the context of strategic ERP/SAP projects or transformations.
Technical knowledge along typical endtoend processes relevant in the ERP context (Purchase2Pay, Order2Cash, Lead2Quote, Record2Report, Hire2Retire etc.) and their implementation in a SAP S/4HANA enviornment.
Deep knowledge of two or more SAP modules.
Ideally have knowledge of specific SAP industry solutions (IS-U, IS-H, IS-M...), specialist SAP addon solutions (e.g., APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management, etc.) and analytical SAP tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI
