  • Veepee is looking for a training coordinator to support the company & specifically the HR Talent Development team in planning, organizing and following up on learning & training initiatives.

\uD83C\uDFAF TASKS:

-
Project management
Plan, organise, follow up, evaluate & report on our learning communities.

Put in place specific trainings for your dedicated function

Assess the training results in order to improve the current and next initiatives

Participating in talent side projects where needed, such as global onboarding
- **HR cycle & Stakeholder management**Synchronise constantly with HRBPs tobe informed of the development needs and the team news

Share the latest HR cycle evolution and results

Update HRBPs and teams on the Talent initiativesGet feedbacks from HRBPs on Talent initiatives

Provide content and support to Make sure that performance tools are understood and fulfilled in the right way by teams and HR


\uD83D\uDC49 MUST HAVE skills:


  • You have a Master degree in HR and ideally minimum 6 months on HR departement,
  • Your organization enables you to manage several projects simultaneously ;
  • You have a good understanding of HR development & trainings
  • You are a good communicator and can create good relationships with your stakeholders across the whole company;
  • You are clientoriented, flexible and willing to find solutions;
  • You have good English skills and feel comfortable when interacting within a multilingual environment.
