- Maintain and update the client and candidate database
- Update and format the CVs of newly registered, existing and working candidates
- Produce various reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Liaise with the different teams, answering candidates and clients calls, taking messages and handling queries
- Undertake a variety of other tasks, from diary management to document production
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent in experience
- Excellent knowledge of French or Dutch and very good knowledge of English
- Experience of supporting a team and delivering against tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, including over the phone
- Strong organisational, multitasking and prioritising skills - you're accurate and detailed
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
