Application / Cloud architect (ACA for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics)
in Brussels.

DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

Main Responsibilities
As an
Application / Cloud architect (ACA) you will be responsible for:

Analysis of the integration of different information systems
Data analysis and data modelling.
Development of software for both backend and frontend solutions
Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting
Creating designs and blueprints of System Architecture.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Bachelor's level or 3 years of higher education

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

Proven experience with back-end development, in particular with the following technologies or equivalent:
Java,
Spring,
Hibernate,
Oracle / SQL
Proven experience with frontend development, in particular with the following technologies or equivalent:
Angular
TypeScript
Good knowledge of software development methodologies
Good knowledge of architecture best practices and patterns.
Good knowledge of Relational DBMS.
Good knowledge of business process analysis.
Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in DG TRADE.R
Very good communication skills with technical and nontechnical audiences
Analysis and problemsolving skills
Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid selfstarting capability and experience of working in a team;
Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
Ability to work in multicultural environment, on multiple large projects;
Excellent Team Player
Ability to understand, speak and write in English (B1/B2). French B1 will be an advantage;
