POSTE
For this role, we are open to review applicant entitled to work in Belgium through one of the below contract type:

  • CIP from 6 to 12 months
  • Internship agreement from 6 to 12 months
  • Temporary contract until end of December 2024.

TALENT ACQUISITION & INDUCTION

  • Proactively source and actively recruit client advisors for the CS this includes the full 360° recruitment process from brief and sourcing, interview process through to contract generation, administering reference checks as well as offers.
  • Organize recruitment days and group interviews when needed.
  • Promote the brand within the network; conduct exploratory interviews to spot talents.
  • Support HRBP in the coordination of other recruitment processes, both internal and external.

HR ADMINISTRATION

  • Ensure a topofclass handling of all HR data, guaranteeing data accuracy and relevant updates on a regular basis (contract creation and amendments, maintenance of employee personnel files, HRIS updates, starters and leavers procedures, absence management, benefit, and insurance affiliations, updating payroll salary notes)
  • Support the C&B Partner in completing monthly and annual HR reports (absenteeism, turnover, headcount, recruitment & mobility) and provide data for the annual social report at LVMH level.

HR COMMUNICATION & EMPLOYER BRANDING

  • Create and share all team announcements
  • Maintain and update HR documents on the SharePoint and intranet, proactively thinking of new information to share to enhance internal client satisfaction.
  • Boost LVSE's presence on social medial, with a specific focus on Linkedin. The HR Advisor is in charge of creating content as to promote our employer branding.

HAPPINESS & CSR ADVISOR

  • Organize office events aiming at developing the employee wellbeing (teambuilding activities, volunteering days, themed days, festivity animations)
  • Contribute in any other HR projects and ad hoc tasks, with a specific focus on CSR tasks.

PROFIL

To qualify for the role, you bring the following skills and personalities traits:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills (Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with ideally a strong written and spoken French and/or Dutch.
