We seek a Consulting Technical Lead / Solutions Architect who is ready to harness their software development expertise, deep knowledge of the banking industry, and API design skills to make a transformative impact on our client's businesses.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert consulting services to banking clients, advising on technical strategy, digital transformation, and API integration.
Design and architect cloudnative, scalable, and resilient software solutions that align with our client's business objectives and technology roadmaps.
Translate complex banking and financial requirements into highlevel architectural blueprints, demonstrating a clear vision and understanding of client needs.
Foster innovation in API design and implementation, ensuring best practices are followed for security, performance, and maintainability.
Lead and inspire crossfunctional teams, managing technical deliverables and ensuring projects are executed with excellence.
Influence key stakeholders across the client's organization, from IT teams to executive leadership, steering them towards strategic technology investments.
Drive continuous personal and professional development within your teams, advocating for knowledge sharing and technical proficiency.
Remain informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in technology that may affect our clients' competitive landscape.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience, experience in banking industry and finance sector would be positive value.
Expertise in designing and developing APIs, with a strong understanding of RESTful services and API management platforms.
Proven experience leading technical teams and projects, demonstrating the ability to mentor and drive highperformance cultures.
Having experience in architecture modeling language (eg. ArchiMate specification) and architecture modeling tools is a big plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Adaptability and willingness to travel as required for client engagements and project delivery.
