Key Account Manager E-commerce Pharma


We are recruiting a Key Account Manager E-commerce Pharma, eager to contribute to our vision and bring established E-commerce and/or pharmacy sales expertise to our team.


Your role is to deliver our e-pharmacy business plan objectives & build customer partnerships with our Lead Customers in Belgium.

You will be part of the cross-functional E-commerce Squad with all relevant stakeholders to join forces.

This position reports into the E-commerce Sales Lead and is based in Antwerp, BE.

Key responsibilities:

As a leader within the E-commerce Squad and with a clear owner mindset, your key responsibilities are:

  • Shaping and developing the E-commerce strategy within Pharma BE
  • Be responsible to develop and execute a strong promo and activation plan in order to boldly grow our E-commerce share of everyday care
  • Brilliant End to End execution of our E-commerce strategy to increase mental and physical availability of our iconic brands

What will you do

1.

Shape and develop the E-commerce business in pharma BE in order to deliver our business objectives:


  • Lead Account planning process to grow our epharmacy business and win market share
  • Develop the strategic commercial policy for the eaccount portfolio, both pure players and omnichannel customers
  • Drive Customer Value and Revenue Growth Management initiatives
  • Achieve agreed business targets (NTS, Market share, Gross Profit, Distribution,...)
  • Analyse channel performances, competitive activities and relevant customer insights
  • Negotiate and implement annual national agreements for designated account portfolio, according to the defined brand & channel plans for the total brand portfolio
  • Translates insights into actions that challenge the status quo and that reinforce our competitive advantage and drives partnership

Brilliant End to End execution of our E-commerce Strategy:


  • You will build Customer Partnerships and will take care of perfect execution of our plans in order to deliver our business targets and develop mitigation plans
  • Develop promotional & activity plans that meet the annual revenue and profitability expectations
  • Deliver a full Online To Offline integrated Omnichannel plan working with the Customer Activation Team to ensure best in class execution
  • Detailed planning & analysis of business performances + follow up budgets for the entrusted customer/assortment area with the aim of optimally assessing and controlling the business situation as well as initiating mitigation plans in the event of detected deviations

You will be a key stakeholder in the E-commerce & Pharma Squad to build & develop our e-pharma agenda:


  • Crossfunctional cooperation with the relevant stakeholders from (digital) marketing, supply chain, controlling,legal to ensure holistic customer care Drive Customer Centricity always putting customer needs first in our thinking
  • Drive Speed & Agility: Builds & reinforce a sense of urgency on key projects; helps others understand the criticality of these efforts
  • Supports an environment of diverse and inclusive thinking and perspectives
  • Promotes a culture of accountability by improving current performances and taking responsibility
  • Mentor peers or other employees
  • Analyses the outcome of recent projects; comes up with lessons and data driven decisions

What we are looking for

  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in Dutch, French & English.
  • First experience in key account management in the pharmaceutical industry, in the
FMCG sector or alternatively in an E-commerce company with a strong track record of results

  • Strong experience in stakeholder mapping, influencer marketing and omnichannel is a plus
  • Strategic & conceptual thinking
  • Customer obsessed and customer centric attitude + strong relationship builder
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
