- Als Manager ESG Assurance bouw je, tezamen met onze financiële auditoren, een dienstverlening uit waarbij het leveren van beperkte en op termijn redelijke zekerheid aangaande niet-financiële informatie centraal staat (limited and reasonable assurance on Sustainability reporting).
- Je bouwt op termijn een team uit dat instaat voor kwaliteit en samenwerking.
- Als manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en het coördineren van alle activiteiten met betrekking tot ESG-audits en ESG gerelateerde assurance diensten. Dit omvat het plannen, organiseren en toezicht houden op de projecten.
- Je adviseert onze financiële auditoren en klanten op vlak van ESG gerelateerde Compliance (CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, etc.)
- Door het verzorgen van opleidingen en 'on the job' leren zorg je ervoor dat de organisatie en financiële auditoren hierin ook de nodige kennis opbouwen.
- Je hebt zin in een uitdaging, ESG en audit zijn je passie .
- Vanuit je studies of eerdere werkervaring(en) heb je een aantoonbare ervaring opgebouwd in ESG assurance . Kennis en ervaring in financiële audit is een meerwaarde.
- Basiskennis van het relevant wetgevend kader is een must maar ook een 'learning journey'
- Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen.
- Je krijgt energie bij het uitbouwen van nieuwe praktijken en methodologieën.
- Je houdt ervan om technische vraagstukken zo snel mogelijk te ontrafelen.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels . Kennis van het Frans is ook een pluspunt.
