To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

SENIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:

In a fast growing company, you join a small finance team to create the job position of financial controller.

You will be the key person to evangelize the role of financial business partner and set up the monitoring, the methods and the tools to develop controlling and analysis of the activities.

You will work closely with the CFO and will have a direct impact on the financial organization of the company.

In your position you will address the following financial areas:

Project financial monitoring : R&D projects and customer projects
Customer margins and Product margins
Manufacturing costs monitoring and product costing
Capex and WCR analysis
Financial planning and analysis, from yearly forecast to multiyear business plan
Monthly closing and variance analysis

You will have daily interactions with the accounting team, the manufacturing and purchase managers, the project managers, the sales team.

You will be key in improving our ERP (odoo), creating dashboards & KPI and implementing the needed analysis tools (BI, Reporting, EPM).

Must have:

At least 7 years of financial controlling experience in an industrial environment
Master in Finance, audit or accounting
Expert skills in financial modeling and financial planning
Experienced in Business intelligence and modeling tools
A sharp business acumen coupled with a broad, but solid, understanding of accounting principles
Ability to interface and influence at levels of the business, from firstlevel managers to higherlevel directors and executives
Advanced analytical skills
A commitment toward delivering consistent and measurable results within a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
A solutionsoriented approach with strong problemsolving skills capabilities
Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus)
