File Manager Our client, a Partenamut affiliated company, is looking for a File Manager for their group or individual hospitalization insurance.

Your responsibilities will include encoding claims, following procedures, communicating with policyholders and supporting colleagues.

You must have at least a CESS, experience in administrative management, fluency in French and Dutch, attention to detail and a good team spirit.

The position offers a 6-month contract, flexible working hours, the possibility of teleworking, in-depth training, an attractive salary and up to 46 days vacation per year.

Brussels.

Description
As a File Manager, you will encode claims and reimbursement requests for group or individual hospitalization insurance.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

Encode policyholders' claims within the agreed processing times, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Plan, and on the basis of available procedures.
Encode claims using the correct tariff codes and provide sufficient detail to make them clear to both the insured and colleagues.
Ensure that claims declarations are completed correctly, and contact policyholders or third parties if information is missing or to provide important information.
Support colleagues in dealing with complex pricing issues.
Escalate any complaints or procedural shortcomings to your manager, and pass on suggestions for improving certain processes.

Profile
- at least CESS (Certificat d'Enseignement Secondaire Supérieur).
- initial experience in administrative or file management.
- excellent command of French AND Dutch.
- good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- team spirit and excellent organizational skills.
