ICF Next is one of the leading integrated communication agencies in Europe, specialising in large-scale events and campaigns across the European Union.

Responsibilities:

Planning and delivery of medium/ largescale high level event projects for the EU Institutions
Coordination and management of medium and largesize event projects from A to Z
Ideas and suggestions for enhanced, connected experiences to audience and stakeholders
Event concept and format suggestions
Daily contact with clients (mainly within the EU Institutions)
Strong and efficient project management skills
Budget management, monitoring and optimisation
Coordination with internal creative and production teams involved in event projects
Coordination with service providers and suppliers
Daytoday supervision of project tasks
Quality control, time, change and resources management of projects
Sustainable, innovative and inclusive event services
Preparation of technical and financial offers and contribution to eventrelated tender offers

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of event organisation and management in a communication environment, preferably for the EU Institutions and the European Commission
Excellent communication and clientoriented skills
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Strong project and time management skills (Prince 2 certification will be considered an asset)
Proven organisation and delivery of complex, medium and largescale online and physical event projects (conferences, meetings, webinars, seminars, roadshows) with networking and exhibition activities
Good overview of online registration, conferencing and engagement tools and platforms (like Zoom, Teams, Webex, Interactio, Hopin, , etc.)
Ability to manage project implementation teams
Knowledge of Brussels market and ability to identify and contract event logistics suppliers and venues in Belgium and other EU countries
Ability to work on the preparation of offers for Request for Services and Tenders/Bids
Excellent knowledge of English and French (any other language i.e. German will be considered an asset)
Focus on qualitative, creative and sustainable event services
Basic knowledge of registration tools like CVENT, Swoogo and B2Match is also an asset
Strong capacity of managing event projects in parallel, during preparation and implementation.
