We are looking for someone motivated, organized, responsible, and solution-oriented to bring some life, organization and more smiles to our office here in Diegem, Belgium.

What is this position about?

  • Oversee the overall office management in Diegem, Belgium.
  • Be part of the global office Team (with colleague in Austria & Spain)
  • Manage reception: answering incoming calls, visitors, and employees' access badges.
  • Prepare meeting spaces with adequate supplies and support.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies: raising purchase orders and goods receipts.
  • Continuously improving our office setup
  • Report and coordinate any maintenance/facilities issues.
  • Prepare, process and sort letters, parcels and other related packages.
  • Work on ad hoc projects and tasks on request (e.g. for HR, finance.

  • Have relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative role.
- are solution-oriented, proactive, a good planner, organized and you are comfortable in managing simultaneous activities.

  • Have a good learning agility.

  • Ensure and promote a safe work environment.
- are reliable and discreet

  • Good office 365 skills
  • Professional level of English (written and verbal) and Dutch or French knowledge needs to be advanced
