***General job description:
- The HR & Finance Coordinator is supporting the HR and Finance team. He/she acts as an administrative partner with a broad range of supporting tasks and responsibilities. Within the HR team he/she will help with HR administration, questions of employees and recruitment coordination. For the Finance department the HR & Finance Coordinator will support in the preparation and review of the internal management reporting, forecasting process, cash planning and time sheet review.

Responsibilities and Duties:
The
HR & Finance Coordinator's duties shall include, but not be limited to:
HRSupport the HR department with administrative tasks related to insurances, trainings, benefits, payroll preparation, etc
Help the colleagues with HR-related matters and questions
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process of newcomers and leavers
- Coordinate external trainings for employees
- Support our line managers with regard to eTheRNA's HR related policies and procedures
- Keep the company HR related policies up to date
FinanceReview of monthly timesheets and prepare time reporting per project
- Support in the monthly project reporting to Project Leads
- Update monthly project dashboard in Power BI
- Maintain / update master data
- Calculation of cost for project hours
- Prepare weekly cashflow reporting for review
- Prepare quarterly forecasting cycle
- Update templates
- Prepare consolidation queries
- Schedule review meetings
- Follow up of project actuals for grant reporting
Reception activitiesAct as a back-up for reception activities and receipt of goods
Job requirements:
Education:
Bachelor in HR, economical and/or Finance sciences
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within a similar role in HR and/or Finance
- Good understanding of the general HR basics
- Good understanding of Financial Reporting
Other Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Autonomous, eager to learn and have eye for detail;
- Discreet and capable of handling confidential/sensitive information;
- Well organized, wellstructured, handson, result oriented
- Ability to foster teamwork and a collaborative atmosphere;
- Enthusiastic, flexible and able to multitask;
- Ability to set priorities and take initiative and be proactive;
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
- Excellent understanding of Excel.
- Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
