At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our UniQue Brussels team

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Provision of quality plans and service level agreements.
  • Elaboration and maintenance of IS quality control procedures.
  • IS Quality control and evaluation.
  • Provision of quality studies, quality assessments or other quality matters associated with information
- system projects.

  • Definition, elaboration, management and reporting of quality tests.
  • Advice on quality improvements.
  • Assistance in the implementation of project management methodology.
  • Coordination of test campaigns.
  • Monitor capacity and performance data.
- investigate capacity issues.

  • Ensure that a repository of architecture and deployment documentation of the environments is always available and properly maintained.
  • Check services are available to users.
  • Analyse availability data,
  • Investigate service unavailability.
  • Report back on user and community feedback.
  • Liaise and organize coordination meetings.
  • Monitor and maintain live online dashboard.
  • Produce minimum quarterly service status reports.

Requirements:

What will you need to succeed in this position?

  • A Master's degree with 5 years of relevant work experience or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of working experience
  • Ability to assess the software tools to fulfil the functional and service level specifications of the procurement, as well as the cloudbased service delivery model (hosting and operations) requirement, for code quality,
- licensing, pre-existing IPR, service quality, and deployment, among others

  • Integration, and Test Maturity Model integration.
  • Abilityto collect and summarize user community feedback to assess the fitness of services to the users, and to assist future planning
  • Very good communication skills with technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Analysis and problem solving skills
  • Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
  • Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of IT Governance processes
  • Ability to manage and execute service verification and validation tasks efficiently and fast
  • Ability to give business and technical presentations
  • Hold an ITIL certification
  • Knowledge of relevant Quality Assurance Frameworks
  • Fluent in English
