JOB DESCRIPTION:

*You will manage the entire logistics process and file handling from A to Z

*Being present at all stages of shipping, you will be in contact with the various services (communication and coordination with clients, colleagues and etc)

• You will ensure the booking and liaison with carriers and followup of the customs formalities, the control of supplier and customer invoicing, the delivery and transport documentation
• You might be asked to assist on any other additional general ad hoc duties or office assistance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Entry level - Having a previous experience in logistics, Import/Export or as a freight forwarder is prefer

• Bachelor's degree
• You have a high level of writing and verbal communication in Dutch/French and in English

*You are willing to learn new platforms/systems and procedures quickly

• You are comfortable working autonomously while being teamspirited
• You have a good knowledge of computer tools, web and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
