The Graduate Development Program is a structured program designed to kickstart your career and allow you to **grow both personally and professionally, while making an impact in the organization.

Join our 2-year rotational program, where you'll explore diverse functions within Sustainability, Risk, Corporate Affairs and beyond.

Our team partner internally and externally to drive change, creating an environment where innovative ideas flourish to support the company in serving patients and society.

Drawing on our experiences, we act as a trusted advisor to our colleagues in driving sustainable growth.

The structured journey is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, exposure to different departments, and the chance to build a robust foundation for a fulfilling career in sustainability.

If you are a passionate, authentic individual who:

Recently graduated with less than 2 years of relevant work experience,
Enjoys working in a team but can organize individual work,

Is fluent in English,

What You'll Gain:

Throughout the 2-year program, you will be assigned to different projects and teams that will allow you to develop essential skills including project management, communication and engagement, analyticsBy the end of the program, you'll have a well-rounded understanding of our business, equipped with the skills and knowledge to take on new challenges and build the career that is right for you.

To illustrate the diversity of challenges you will be facing, your
first rotation will focus on project managing and delivering
Integrated Annual report 2024 in order to provide the most up-to-date information to all interested stakeholders about how UCB creates value for those we serve: patients, employees, communities, the planet and our shareholders.

We are currently working on publishing 2023 results, but if you are interested to learn more check Integrated Annual report 2022.

Practical information
- **Start date**: We are looking for a graduate able to start full-time latest from September 2024.
