Your mission**You are part of the local Plant Management Team

As the Operational Team Leader you are leading the biggest customerspecific operations team

Your responsibilities are:
- realize the operational goals to contribute to the site goals
- ensure a cost effective and profitable Ops Team ;
- undertake tactical planning activities in line with customer and business needs ;
- implement better ways of working ;
- develop processes to deliver customers' future needs ;
- deploy Best Practices with the other Ops Teams ;
- develop team members to a high level of satisfaction for them and the site ;
- support the transformational growth of the site ;
- leading and coaching your team ;

As the Production Manager you lead the Production Team Leads to support each operations team towards the general site goals ;
You use your people and project management skills to create an environment of trust that strives for results and improvements.

Fluent in Dutch and English. Other languages are a plus
Ability to travel occasionally
