Job description:

For a client of ours, operating in the food sector we are looking for a multilingual Customer Care Officer to join the team based in Lummen

Your duties will include:

Processing orders within the deadlines
Communicating with customers regarding current orders, as well as registering incoming orders
Check availability of ordered products and ensure timely delivery
Ensuring that commercial price agreements on invoices are correct
Proactively informing customers about changes or shortages
Advise customers on alternatives when products are out of stock
Check orders daily and invoice the correct quantities
Maintain features per customer and communicate with stakeholders
Handle incoming complaints and keep customers informed of the resolution
