Montrium, a leader in the provision of cloud-based solutions for the life sciences industry, continues to grow and expand its next generation platform for managing documentation specific to the life sciences.


As we expand our growth and customer base, we are looking for a Belgium-based
System Analyst to
join our Customer Experience team.


Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, the
System Analyst role at Montrium is pivotal in providing customer-centric technical support for our SaaS clients.

As a member of our dynamic Customer Experience team, you will:

  • Review and manage the technical support request backlog
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Investigate and test technical issues reported by customers through to resolution
  • Identify technical issues that require immediate attention or escalation
  • Interface with multifunctional teams both internal and external
  • Participate in software testing activities (documentation and execution)
  • Collaborate with the development team in the identification of technical bugs and in reproducing bugs
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback on feature requests or upgrades to the user experience
  • Participate in system configuration activities
  • Support and perform technical product deployment
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Help Center articles

Experience and Soft Skills:


  • Be located, in or around Brussels, Belgium enabling commute to the office if required.
  • Bachelor's degree in field such as Engineering, Sciences, Information Technology or equivalent experience with a minimum of 1 year experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong aptitude and knowledge of personal computer hardware/software
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism both externally with customers and internally within the Customer Experience team
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required
  • Written and spoken French is an asset
  • Ability to learn and acquire new technologies autonomously
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems
  • Creative, innovative, and efficient
